About Me
I'm Anitha, a Level 4 Certified Quantum Human Design™ Specialist, Family Coach and Energy Healer. I combine Human Design with a decade of spiritual and energy healing practice to help you understand how you're actually built, so you can stop pushing against your own nature.

This is where most people begin. We cover the basics of your chart, your Type, Strategy, and Authority, along with an introduction to your energy centres. You leave understanding how you are designed to make decisions, where your energy is consistent, and where you are more open to being influenced by others. It is the groundwork that makes everything else make sense, and for many, the first time their own patterns feel explainable rather than random.
For those who already know the basics and want to go further. We look at your chart through a deeper lens, shaped around a specific situation or question you are sitting with. This includes how the different elements of your chart interact, your energy centres, key planetary influences, and the larger themes running through your life. The purpose is to bring clarity to what feels tangled, and to help you see the design underneath a situation you may have been struggling with for some time.

This reading looks at the deeper questions that tend to surface quietly over time: what you are here to do, what keeps pulling at you, and what you may have set aside along the way. We explore the inner tensions in your design, the themes you have been carrying, and the direction your life has been pointing toward all along.
We draw on the more subtle layers of your chart. We look at the key planets in your design, the gates they highlight, and the themes they bring into your life.
This reading is for parents who want to understand their child, and themselves, a little better. We look at your child's design to see how they are built: how they take in the world, how they make decisions, what they need in order to feel settled. We then look at how your design and theirs meet, where the two of you naturally flow together and where friction is likely to show up. You leave with a practical understanding of your child's needs alongside your own, and simple ways to build a home environment that supports everyone in it.

What you share with me stays with me. Your chart, your questions, and everything that comes up in our conversation are held in complete confidence. This is your space to speak openly, without needing to filter or explain yourself.
I bring years of in-depth study of Human Design, combined with the lived experience of applying it in my own personal and family life. My role is to help you do the same: to understand your design, use it in the everyday, and find your way to clarity, steadiness, and a gentler way of moving through life.Â
No two charts are the same, and no two lives are either. Every session is shaped around what you are actually living with right now, whether that is a decision you are sitting with, a relationship that feels difficult, or the daily reality of raising your children. We start where you are.
Human Design comes with a lot of terminology, and it is easy to get lost in it. I keep things simple and focused on what is relevant to you: what you are sitting with right now, in your own journey or in your family life. You leave with something you can actually use.

Is Human Design a predictive system? Will I know my future?
Human Design is not predictive. It does not forecast events, outcomes, or timelines. What it offers is a clear picture of how your energy is designed to work, how you are meant to make decisions, where you tend to lose energy, and what conditions help you feel steady. The future remains yours to shape. This work simply helps you move through it with less resistance and more self-trust.
How do I book a session?
Please reach out through the Contact page with a brief note about what you are hoping to explore. I will respond within [2–3] working days with available dates and times. Once a slot is confirmed, payment is made at least two weeks in advance of your reading. This allows me time to prepare your chart thoughtfully, and gives you time to reflect on the questions you would like to bring to our conversation.
What is included in a reading?
A 90-minute one-on-one session over Zoom, held at an unhurried pace with space for your questions.
A recording of the session, so you can return to it whenever you need
A personalised presentation of your design, written in clear, everyday language, with practical ways to begin applying it
No prior knowledge of Human Design is needed. We move at a pace that feels comfortable to you, and revisit anything that needs more clarity.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get my Quantum Human Design chart, and what do I need?
Your chart is generated from three details: your date of birth, your exact time of birth, and your place of birth. The birth time matters most, as even a difference of a few minutes can change parts of your chart, so it is worth checking your birth certificate or hospital record where possible.
